To ensure Deaf children in Nigeria have early access to language through family-centered Nigerian Sign Language (NSL) and English resources that support language, literacy, and wellbeing.
By 2030, we envision a Nigeria where at least 70% of Deaf children enter school with age-appropriate, accessible language skills, eliminating the widespread and prolonged challenge of language deprivation that currently affects early learning and development. We aim to reduce the number of Deaf children entering school with little or no language by at least 60% nationwide...
